About Our New Client Process
- Heart of Maine Mobile Veterinary Services accepts new routine-care clients as scheduling availability allows.
- If you are interested in becoming a client, please complete the notification form below. We will use this list to contact prospective clients as openings become available.
- Submitting this form does not place you on a waitlist, reserve an appointment, guarantee acceptance, or establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship.
- When space becomes available, selected households will be contacted and invited to complete a New Client Application.
- Please do not call, text, or email to join the notification list or check your status. Selected applicants will be contacted directly.
