I absolutely recommend this veterinary service. They took time getting our dog comfortable with them, prices are very comparable to an in office setting and I didnt have to figure out how to juggle children and my dog! By the time they got ready to leave our pup was giving out kisses like they had been friends forever!

April 21, 2025 I’ve had Heart of Maine multiple times now and I highly recommend them. They even met me on the road once which was absolutely amazing. My boys absolutely love them and I am very grateful for the support they provide. So happy to have them available to come right to my home. It’s so much less stressful on my boys. March 26, 2025 - We are so grateful for this service. Having two large senior dogs makes it really difficult to go to the vet, especially when the drive is farther away. It is so nice to have Dr. Michelle Chasse and her team come to your home, and they are so great with our pets. Also their prices are super affordable. It’s a win-win all around! Tori H.

October 6, 2024 Our three girls had their first appointment with Heart of Maine today. I am SO happy I called! Dr. Michelle and her husband Andrew are so professional, so kind and sooo patient. Our dog has severe anxiety and they were wonderful with her and patient enough to get her full exam done😊I HIGHLY recommend becoming a patient with Heart of Maine mobile vet. September 7, 2024 - By far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team. They care as much about our animals as we do! This husband and wife team is amazing! I would recommend this couple to anyone I know.” we were having our dog put down whom we love greatly, and they were wonderful. They came to our home and made a bad experience a really good one. In fact, one of our dogs who likes no one seemed to adore them both. They allowed our annoying cat to climb all over them, get into their things and be in their way with no problems. November 16, 2024 Our kitty girl Elsa had her first appointment today with Heart of Maine Vet and it was a great experience! Although Elsa has very little patience for other people, these two were extremely patient and almost won her over by the end. ❤️ We were able to get the second opinion we were looking for along with a range of options that could help with the issue, and will be using them for future appointments. I want to thank you again for your visit yesterday with Isabella. I had no idea how the appointment would go given Izzy’s aversion to strangers. I knew I couldn’t transport her to an appointment, so having someone come here was my only option. Your skill, patience, and gentle way of dealing with her far exceeded my expectations of how this would all transpire. You were truly rock stars, and I am so impressed with all that you did – getting a blood sample, checking her cyst, and doing a general examination. She seemed fine the rest of the day – no trauma or seizures, so I would say the appointment was a ringing success. On a scale of 1-10, you get a 20. I so wish you were closer. I have never had such a positive experience with Izzy and a vet appointment. Your prompt and professional response to my original inquiry led me to believe that I was dealing with a first-class operation, and you certainly proved that to be correct.
A service such is yours is so wonderful, and I cannot thank you enough for going outside your regular service area to accommodate Isabella and me. If you ever need a recommendation or endorsement, I would be more than pleased to provide that. – Vicky R.
