Payment

Full payment is due when services are rendered or inventory items are dispensed. We accept cash, credit cards, and CareCredit. We can provide you with an estimated cost of services before or during your visit. Please call or text us for an individualized quote.  

If you are unable to pay your bill and request a payment plan, we will process a CareCredit application for you. CareCredit is a medical credit company which provides full payment for veterinary care for eligible clients and accepts monthly payments until the balance is paid in full. You may also preemptively apply for a CareCredit account using this link or the link in the menu above.

We may require a deposit of up to 50% of an estimate upon scheduling of a pet for non-routine procedures or surgery. This will be decided on an individual basis. The remaining balance will be due the day the pet is seen or when the patient is discharged from surgery.

Prescription Requests

By law, we do have to examine your pet within the last year to provide any medication. Please do not ask us to fill a prescription for a pet we have not seen. We will be unable to do so until we have an existing relationship with your pet. Please also give us 24 hours to approve any prescriptions requests.

Home Euthanasia

We understand that making an end-of-life decision for your pet can be heartbreaking, stressful and sometimes unexpected. We hope to take some of that burden off by coming to your home to provide this service. In most situations, payment in full is required up front for all services. However, if you choose private cremation with our transportation service, 50% of the cost can be paid at the time of service, with the additional 50% of the cost to be paid when the ashes are returned to you. We will deliver your pets remains to you at your convenience – we will handle them with care and compassion every step of the way.
